Cami Burton

Biography

Cami Burton taught special education in public schools for 10 years before coming to UVU. Burton began teaching and UVU special education department during its second year of operation and has been influential in developing and implementing the new special education program introduced in 2021. Burton received her bachelor's and master's degrees in special education from Brigham Young University. She's passionate about advocating for the inclusion of individuals with varying abilities, mental health awareness, and body positivity. She and her husband Mark are the parents of three remarkable children.
