With over 10 years as a program manager and IT professional, I have successfully delivered data science initiatives that enhance business outcomes and customer satisfaction. At Ancestry, I developed and executed project plans, integrated AI / ML models (HWR/OCR) into production pipelines, and created performance metrics dashboards for data analytics and decision making. I received the CEO Leadership Award for my outstanding contributions and results.
I am passionate about leveraging data insights to inform and improve business processes, products, and services. I have a strong background in operations, programming, engineering, marketing, and database structures, and a master's degree in information technology. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders has led me to being successful at managing multiple projects and vendors, and optimizing operational efficiency and quality. I am also a data science enthusiast who enjoys learning new skills and technologies to advance my professional development.
