Professor Lee Mortensen

Biography

Lee is a creative writer with an emphasis in prose writing which might look like fiction or non-fiction, which might look like poetry or postmodernism, but which certainly makes people a little uncomfortable. She has been a member of the English/Literature Department at UVU since 1992. She teaches Creative Process and Imaginative Writing (an introduction to creative writing, ENGL2250 and 225H); Intermediate and Advanced Fiction writing (ENGL3420 and 4420); Playwriting (3430); Studies in Genre_ Postmodern Fiction (ENGL412R); Critical Introduction to Literature (ENGL2600); and College Writing I (ENGL1010).
