Biography

Gavon's greatest joy in life is his wonderful wife of 30 years, Tanya, their four children, and their first grandchild. For over 25 years, Gavon has held various international leadership roles in television, radio, music, and the direct selling industry, serving as Founder, President, Vice President of Strategic Planning, Managing Director of Latin America, and Director of Strategic Emerging Market Development. Gavon is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has led business expansion efforts throughout Latin America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Gavon is passionate about worldwide humanitarian work, empowering people, and connecting them with opportunities to succeed. He has helped roll out various initiatives throughout the Caribbean, Latin America, and Asia, helping individuals and families improve their lives through better education, employment, and starting and growing a business.

Gavon earned an MBA from the University of Utah and holds professional certification in strategy and advanced project management (SCPM) from Stanford University.
