Biography
I love teaching health and nutrition classes here at Utah Valley University (UVU). I also work at the Utah County Health Department (UCHD) in the WIC program as a Public Health Nutritionist (PHN) and teach online nutrition for BYUI.
I have worked in the past as a health specialist at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center (UVRMC) and Health Promotion Management Incorporated (HPMI), performing fitness assessments and counseling clients, as well as assisting in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
I hold a Master of Science (MS) degree in Community Health from BYU. I am also a Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM) and a Certified Lactation Educator (CLE).
