Biography
Andi Griffin serves as the Program Manager for the Hope Scholars Program in the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. As a first-generation college graduate and UVU alumna herself, Andi is passionate about creating spaces of belonging, mentorship, and empowerment for students who are the first in their families to navigate higher education.
Her work integrates research, relationship-based leadership, and trauma-informed practices to help students access both academic and personal success. Drawing from her background in Marriage and Family Therapy, Andi approaches education through a systemic lens, recognizing that breaking generational barriers requires both opportunity and connection.
