Born in Sumgait, USSR (1958), Scientist (Physics)Education: Ph.D. in High Temperature Plasma Physics (USSR Academy of Science, Institute of Spectroscopy, Troitsk, USSR, 1990), M.S. in Laser Physics (Lebedev's Instutute of General Physics, Moscow, 1981).
