Biography

Doc Clegg (they/her) is a Family Science major at Utah Valley University with a strong passion for disability advocacy and supporting neurodivergent individuals and families. They also hold an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems/Technology.

Doc serves as the Front Desk and Administrative Assistant at the Melisa Nellesen Center for Autism, supporting daily office operations, communications, and community engagement. In addition to their professional role, Doc is a member of the presidency of UVU’s Autism Club, Autism Incorporated, helping lead student initiatives that center autistic voices and promote accessible, supportive spaces on campus.

In 2025, Doc received the Michael Sproul Community Spirit Award from the Autism Resources of Utah County Council (ARUCC) in recognition of their dedication and service to the autism community in Utah County. Grounded in lived experience with Autism and ADHD, Doc is passionate about ensuring programs and services for autistic individuals are shaped by their perspectives and real needs.
