Emily Demke graduated from Utah Valley University in May of 2020 with a B.S. in Psychology. As a student, she worked as a UV Mentor, helped first year students adjust to college life, conducted research, and presented research findings at several state and national conferences.
She is currently pursuing a M.A. in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.
