Biography

I have had a unique operation in that I manage a variety of services at Campus Connection and the UVU CPU (Post Office). These services include: ID cards, nametags, UTA Transit EdPass, lost & found, Transact Transaction System, and general campus information. I believe wholeheartedly that life is about learning, the more you learn, the better off your staff and customers are. Since 2002, the USPS CPU has been part of Campus Connection Services, starting on a section of the Campus Connection counter, and graduating to its own space across the hall. Campus Connection staff is cross-trained in all Campus Connection and USPS services. Over time, my staff and I have developed most of the financial reports for the CPU and Campus Connection, streamlining procedures and processes in both areas. My management team and I are responsible for all marketing, reporting, and daily operations. I have been a member of ARMCUMS since about 2005-2006 and, currently, reside as Immediate Past President. I'm also a current member of the Utah PCC, (which was recognized as the 2013 National PCC of the Year) and the Vice President of NACUMS. I'm working toward an Information Technology Management Degree, with a minor in Accounting. I'm serving/served on the UVU OneCard/UV PlusCard Committee, the Chair of the Baby Contest Registration Committee, OneStop Committee, and a Provo First Night Volunteer Assistant Coordinator.
