Biography
Robert Davidson, M.S. is an Adjunct Instructor in the Chemistry Department at Utah Valley University. He graduated from Washington State University with an M.S. in Soil Chemistry, and has been teaching chemistry 1110 at UVU since 2005, and Chem1010 at Weber State University 2000-2015. Robert received the Faculty Senate Excellence Award, Adjunct Faculty, 2017-2018 Academic Year. His experience includes 40 years of Soil Science and Environmental Chemistry in the areas of forestry, mining, agriculture, and hazardous waste disposal for both private industry and government. His passions are teaching, snow skiing, hiking, playing in orchestras and quartets (violin or viola), painting, and spending time with family and grandchildren. He is involved in doing post wildfire Burn Area Emergency Rehabilitation work with the U.S. Forest Service as a contractor.
