Biography
Championing Communication and Graduate Education at UVU
My professional journey began with a degree in Visual Communication, where I discovered a lifelong passion for the power of effective communication. This passion has since evolved into a personal mission that fuels my dedication to fostering meaningful, effective communication in every sphere of life, from the workplace, to the home, and especially in the relationships that shape our personal and professional worlds.
As Director of Admissions for the UVU Physician Assistant Program, I helped shape one of the university's most competitive graduate programs. I supported applicants through a rigorous process with empathy and precision.
Driven to grow, I earned my Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership at UVU while working full-time. As both a student and a staff member, that dual perspective deepened my understanding of the graduate experience and strengthened my ability to lead with insight and compassion.
Now, as Associate Director in the Office of Online and Graduate Studies, I bring this multifaceted experience to the forefront. I am proud to support the continued growth and evolution of UVU's graduate programs, which are academically rigorous and deeply student-centered. My goal is to ensure that every graduate student at UVU feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
I cherish UVU's culture of opportunity, innovation, and inclusion. It's a place where learning never stops and where every individual has the chance to thrive. I'm proud to say I bleed green!
