I began working for Utah Fire and Rescue Academy (UFRA) in 2001 as part of the Training Division. Since then I started the Quality Assurance and Risk Management Department and spent several years with the Logistics Department. I am currently part of the Quality and Risk team.
Prior to coming to work at UFRA I finished a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Training and Vocational Teacher Education from Idaho State University. I belonged to a Tri-county Hazardous Materials team in my home State of Idaho and since my arrival in Utah I graduated from the Recruit Candidate Academy (RCA).
In my spare time I enjoy working with my dogs and horses. I also enjoy making high end horse apparel - inspired by the Vaquero tradition.
