Biography

I earned a BA in History from BYU in 2004 and then worked in the jewelry industry until taking time to raise my family. In 2016 I re-entered the workforce as a long-term substitute teacher and fell in love with teaching. I earned by Graduate Certificate and teaching license from UVU in 2020 and an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from UVU in 2021.
I currently work at American Fork High School teaching AP US Government, AP Comparative Government, and US History as well as coaching Mock Trial.
I love teaching grad students at UVU going through the same process I did.
