Biography

I started teaching Health and Nutrition at UVU in 2017 and Psychology in 2019. I have loved and studied all areas of mental and physical health throughout my life. I am interested in anything that improves the health of communities and individuals.
I currently teach in the Department of Psychology & Counseling.
I have a special focus on Autism studies. The neurodivergent minds are a great asset to society.

My hobbies and down time are spent doing construction and design projects. I enjoy doing anything that helps others.
