Biography

I started teaching Health and Nutrition at UVU in 2017. I have loved and studied all areas of health and psychology throughout my life. I chose public health because of the interconnected approach it takes to include the mind , the body, and the environment to improve communities and individuals.

I have a special focus on Autism studies. The neurodivergent minds are a great asset to society.

My hobbies and down time are spent doing construction and design projects. I enjoy doing anything that helps others.
