Biography
My passion for Athletic Training began in high school as I participated in my own sports and enjoyed my time as a student athletic trainer. Growing up in Dallas, Texas, there were lots of opportunities to be involved in the athletic training field as I was able to attend camps and develop my skills at local universities like TCU and SMU. I later went on to earn my undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from BYU-Idaho and my Master's degree from the University of Utah. Through my education I have been fortuante enough to learn and grow through clinical rotations and immersion experiences ranging from high school athletics, D1 football programs, and even spending an entire season with Utah's professional rugby team, the Utah Warriors.
When I am not worthing with athletes you can find me in the gym or playing some kind of sport. I really enjoy volleyball, basketball and more recently, Pickleball! I love being active, hanging out with my friends, watching true crime shows/documentaries and enjoying good food. I look forward to working with the competitive athletes here at UVU and am excited for the future!
