Nathan Cordner

Biography

Nathan Cordner recently completed his PhD in computer science at Boston University with a research focus on algorithms for data mining problems. Before starting at BU he obtained BS and MS degrees in mathematics from Brigham Young University, and worked as a software engineer at Vecna Technologies in Cambridge, MA. Outside of work Nathan enjoys reading, hiking, baking, playing the piano and french horn, and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Nathan's research interests include data mining, clustering algorithms, and AI for digital humanities and historical research.
