Service Description

OpenTouch Voicemail

We will be migrating over to the OpenTouch voicemail system. The old voicemail system will go away sometime in the next year. This new system will allow you to check your messages on your phone, in a web browser, and receive notifications in your email of when messages are received.

Old Voicemail System

Some voicemail systems may not have been migrated to the new system.

Listen to Messages

Press the ENVELOPE icon and Listen-OK twice, and then enter your password.

-OR-

Dial *9, Press *, enter your 4-digit extension number, and then enter your password.
(First-time user password is your 4-digit extension)

From off-campus: Dial 863-5999. When the call is answered, press #, enter your 4-digit extension number, and then enter your password.

Voicemail Tips

When listening to messages, pressing the following keys will:

1 Rewinds 10 seconds
11 Skips back to beginning of message
2 Pause / Restart
3 Forwards 10 seconds
33 Skips to end of message
4 Plays message slower
5 Plays date, time, and number of caller
6 Plays message faster
