About the Journal

The Journal of International Security and Strategic Studies, a publication supported by the UVU Center for National Security Studies at Utah Valley University, seeks submissions for its second publication in Spring of 2022. The Journal of International Security and Strategic Studies aims to bring further scholarly and professional insight into the current state of international affairs, with a particular emphasis on issues related to strategy and security. This journal is intended to a forum for both practitioners in the strategy and security fields and academics from a variety of backgrounds to share ideas and perspectives on the current state of the security world. By combining both professional and academic perspectives on pressing security and strategic matters, we hope to foster and further increase cooperation between these two communities. We seek submissions that are timely, impactful, and can further contribute to the scholarly discourse on security and strategy.
