UVU recently celebrated its 2025 Commencement Ceremony. We are so proud of all of our graduates! You can see where some of them will be continuing their education on our placement list page.

 

Each year our department also honors students who have demonstrated excellence in our program. Our 2024-2025 award winners are as follows:

Outstanding Graduate:  Advaith Koduru

Outstanding Graduate, Humanities Program: Marshal Drummond

Outstanding Philosophy Capstone Thesis: Alaina Sapp

Outstanding Humanities Capstone: AnnaMarie Hyink

A special award was also presented to Professor Emeritus Scott Abbott, to honor his contributions to the UVU Philosophy and Humanities department.
