Empowering Global Communities: A Public Health, Nursing, and EMS Collaboration with Angkor Hospital for Children in Cambodia

The CHPS Empowering Global Communities: A Public Health, Nursing, and EMS Collaboration with Angkor Hospital for Children in Cambodia project is a collaborative initiative involving the Nursing, EMS, and Public Health departments, in partnership with Angkor Hospital for Children in Cambodia through an MOU with UVU.

Nursing students will work alongside AHC nurses, EMS students will collaborate with the hospital’s Emergency Department, and Public Health students will support AHC’s community outreach programs. Students will also provide feminine hygiene education in secondary schools and build upon previous CHPS initiatives in Cambodia.
