Collaboration with Atlantic Education

This project centers on building educational partnerships with Thailand through collaboration with Chindamanee School in Bangkok, Thailand serving students from pre-K through secondary levels. By exploring the Thai education system-its structure, curriculum, and use of technology-this initiative aims to foster mutual learning, inform cross-cultural academic exchange, and identify opportunities for joint research and professional development in areas such as curriculum design, teacher training, and educational technology integration.

The Global Education Exchange: Ethical and Sustainable Teaching Practices in Thailand project connects UVU graduate students with Thai educators to advance ethical, inclusive, and sustainability-focused education. Over ten days in Bangkok, participants will observe classrooms, co-lead educator workshops, and engage in cultural exchanges emphasizing AI ethics, sustainability, and global citizenship. This initiative aligns with the UNESCO Chair’s mission to integrate sustainability into education and foster intercultural dialogue with Global South partners.
