The Real Estate Finance & Development program offers an engaging and practical learning experience designed to immerse students in the diverse world of real estate. The curriculum highlights real estate-centered courses and practical experiential opportunities, including an investment fund that provides students with real-world investment practice and a comprehensive speaker series offering insights from professionals across various real estate careers – everything from mortgage and lending to brokerage and development. Currently, there are courses in the Real Estate Finance & Development program which are co-taught by executives from the Woodbury Corporation. The intention for partnered teaching is for students to gain practical expertise for real-world success in real estate finance and transactions.
