Presidential Sponsor

$10,000 | 1 sponsorship

Opportunity to sponsor the event:

  • One VIP table of 10 seats in a prime location (FMV $800)
  • Recognition on marketing materials
  • Logo on event site
  • Recognition in post-event thank you and survey
  • Full-page ad in digital program (FMV $200)
  • Opportunity to provide or sponsor speaker

Premier Sponsor

$6,000 | 2 sponsorships

Opportunity to sponsor one of two prime event meals

Available:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
    • 6 all-day participant registrations (FMV $480)
    • Half-page ad in digital program (FMV $150)

Executive Sponsor:

$4,000 | 5 sponsorships

Opportunity to sponsor the name badge lanyard

Available:

  • Name badge lanyard (co-sponsored with UVU)
  • One of four speakers
    • 4 all-day participant registrations (FMV $320)
    • Quarter-page ad in digital program (FMV $100)

All sponsors will receive
the following benefits:

  • Event signage, screen, and verbal recognition
  • Digital program recognition
  • Event website logo and level recognition
  • Discount tickets of $80

*Please note that no sponsor will receive exclusivity in their industry as it limits the University’s options for sponsorships.

  • Student Attendee Sponsor: $2,000
    • Sponsor 40 students to attend the event
    • Recognition: digital program recognition, shout out during event in the script.

Sponsorship Procedure

 

You are welcome to confirm your commitment to sponsor by one of two ways:

 

  1. Secure your sponsorship level today by using the Online Payment Form.
  2. Complete the Commitment Form below. A confirmation will be sent once your request is processed, indicating your desired sponsorship level is secured. Payment must be received using one of the following methods by May 1, 2025:

The UVU Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent provided by law. A receipt will be provided indicating the charitable portion of your sponsorship.
