Mission Statement

The Utah Valley University (UVU) Executive Events Ambassadors aim to support Presidential and Institutional Advancement events across campus. The UVU Executive Events Ambassadors work closely with campus leadership to help support coordination of experiences for donors, alumni, students, and other members of the UVU community. Executive Events Ambassadors participate in a collaborative team to host state-of-the-art events that leave a lasting impression on all attendees.

About

The UVU Executive Events Ambassadors serve as the face of the university at key events, support philanthropic initiatives, and develop personal leadership skills. They are a strategically trained group of UVU students prepared to provide a Presidential-standard experience to all. The program provides an experiential opportunity for students and supports UVU's mission of creating engaged learning opportunities.

Requirements

To be eligible for an Executive Events Ambassador Scholarship, one must meet the following requirements:

  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Be a full-time student
  • Adhere to the UVU student code of conduct
  • Be a Utah resident
  • Ambassadors serve from May 1, 2022 through May 8, 2023

 

Applications for the 2022-2023 academic year are now closed.
