Candace showed exceptional care and exceptional accountability by volunteering to take over a split caseload because she noticed that the position had significant turnover. This required her to learn 25 degrees (the total of non-excluded majors for SCET and CHPS in the FAC). The time and effort that it has taken to learn these degree programs, collaborate with her colleagues in CHPS & FAC and motivate 25 sets of unique students will have a “large and long-term impact” on the First-Year Advising center and the students she works with.
