  • Mentor Qualifications: Your on-site supervisor/mentor must have:
    • A bachelor’s degree in your specific area of study (or equivalent professional experience for BFA students), AND
    • At least one year of full-time professional experience in the industry.
  • Worksite and Resources: The employer must provide a dedicated workspace (on-site, remote, or hybrid) and necessary equipment/software.
  • Paid or Unpaid: Both paid and unpaid internships are eligible. Compensation must be agreed upon before the internship begins.
  • Relevance to Degree: Duties must build on your completed coursework and directly relate to your emphasis/area of study.

  • Academic Integrity: Any fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, or non-verifiable information will result in denial of credit.
