Moving beyond data transformation, learners will explore the emerging domains of process automation, including the visualization and analysis of business processes through event logs and process mining, and then shift into building functional RPA bots that mimic user behavior in key applications like Outlook, Excel, and web platforms. The course concludes with immersive modules on AI-driven enhancements—from crafting structured prompts for productivity tools like Copilot to building and scaling proprietary GPTs or niche AI integrations. Throughout, participants will critically evaluate AI outputs, addressing concerns of privacy, bias, and hallucinations, while learning to implement responsible governance frameworks.
