This course includes practical instruction in Microsoft Word and other core office tools, such as spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative platforms. Participants will gain exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and foundational insights into the role of Artificial Intelligence in business. The program concludes with focused career launch strategies, including resume development, job search techniques, and a primer on navigating corporate culture and benefits. He holds a BA in Communication and Public Relations from Utah State University and an MA in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Gonzaga University, with doctoral studies focused on adult learning theory and leadership in higher education.
