Lead with clarity, courage, and conviction on your own terms.
The Women’s Leadership program is a dynamic and reflective learning experience designed to empower women to lead with clarity, courage, and conviction. Rooted in the book Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart, and Mind of Leadership, this six-module, non-credit course invites participants to examine their leadership identity through the lenses of personal values, lived experiences, and a deeper sense of purpose. The program challenges conventional leadership paradigms by shifting from “Power Over” models to an inclusive “Leading Through” framework that prioritizes authenticity, connection, and strategic insight.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the interplay of Soul, Heart, and Mind in leadership—gaining tools to lead with emotional intelligence, foster trust-based relationships, and drive innovation within complex systems. Interactive modules guide learners through values clarification, storytelling, strategic thinking, and the LIVE Framework (Love, Inspiration, Vitality, and Expression). A personal coaching component further enhances the learning experience, offering individualized support and reflection tailored to each participant's leadership journey. Assignments such as the leadership experience map, purpose statement, and future vision plan ensure deep personal engagement and actionable growth. The program culminates in a capstone presentation—My Leadership Story—that synthesizes each learner’s unique journey into a compelling narrative of empowered leadership. Whether aspiring or established, participants will leave equipped to lead transformative change in their organizations and communities.

The instructors were amazing and brought unique perspectives about the issues and challenges faced in leadership. I learned valuable insights into how we can work across organizations to leverage our unique strengths and complement each other to create innovative solutions. It was a great program and I would totally recommend it to other aspiring leaders.
