The link to register will be available from October 1, 2023.
Registration will be considered complete only after payment is done.
Registration can be done online only. There is no option of registering in person.
It is mandatory to RSVP for the gala dinner during registration. Please note that the gala dinner is included in the registration fee.
Registration will end by the end of the day of April 15, 2024.

Invited Keynote and Plenary Speakers

Deadline of registration: October 31, 2023

*Please note that UVU campus is a dry campus, and consumption of alcohol is NOT allowed anywhere in the campus.

Refund information:

If the conference is cancelled for any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be issued to every registered participant.
If a registered invited speaker cancels by January 31, 2024, a full refund will be issued.
If a registered invited speaker cancels between February 1, 2024, and April 15, 2024, half of the amount paid for registration will be refunded.
No refund may be expected if a registered participant cancels after April 15, 2024.
There is no option of refund for the keynote and plenary speakers if they cancel their participation.
