Fellows

The Ombuds/Conflict Resolution Office features undergraduate fellows who can gain hands-on experience in peer conflict coaching, general conflict resolution principles, and program management. Fellows will assist with daily operations and expand campus conflict resolution activities.

Qualifications

To qualify to be a Fellow a student must have:

  • Enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Completed a university-level mediation course (e.g., Comm 3410).
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in conflict resolution and program management.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
