The NAHB Student Chapters Residential Construction Management Competition (RCMC) is one of the highlights of the annual International Builders' Show. The competition gives students the opportunity to apply skills learned in the classroom to a real construction company by completing a management project/proposal.
The Associated Schools of Construction Region 6 and Open Student Competition is held each February in Reno/Sparks Nevada. As you can see on the ASC website, Utah Valley University competes in different problem statements with schools from around the country.

The National Association of Homebuilders is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.
NAHB's various groups analyze policy issues, work toward improving the housing finance system, and analyze and forecast economic and consumer trends. Each year, UVU students are able to compete in the NAHB Student Competition.
