Get Paid. Do real work. Deliver real results. Build real experience.

At e2i, you’ll be hired onto a real project team working for real clients, from businesses and nonprofits to startups and campus partners. This is paid work with real expectations, where your contribution matters.

This is not a passive experience or a resume filler. e2i is built for students who want to step into a professional standard of work, take ownership of their role, and contribute to real outcomes.

Each project requires initiative, communication, and follow through. You will work as part of a team, solve real problems, and be expected to deliver. In return, you gain experience that goes beyond observation. You build a track record of real work.

Through e2i, you will develop and demonstrate the skills employers actually look for, including problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, and ownership. You will not just say you have these skills. You will have proof.

With e2i, you build a portfolio, gain paid professional experience, and develop evidence of what you can do in real working environments.

If you are looking to step up, challenge yourself, and be part of meaningful work, this is your opportunity to get involved.

Real experience. Real expectations. Real impact.

That’s what e2i is all about.
