The Employee Journey Strategy is an ongoing developmental, data-driven strategy designed by People & Culture that identifies, maps out, and analyzes key stages in the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning & development, well-being, recognition, leadership development, career growth, retention, and employee-alumni engagement.
