Studio equipment is reserved for language learning students. It is primarily for the use of completing class projects but can be checked out for various other language learning activities. If you have questions about equipment or how it can be used, book a consultation with one of the hub's A/V assistants using WCOnline.
Students must go up to the front desk to check out equipment. It is also required that students make an appointment with a A/V assistant at the hub if they do not know how to use the equipment. Most equipment has tags with QR code links to tutorials on how to use them as well. Equipment typically is checked out for three business days, but can differ depending on the item. The person at the front desk will tell you when it is due.
