UVU Fulton Library Instruction and Lab Scheduling Protocols
Labs
- Labs are able to be reserved by current UVU faculty and staff.
- Requests must be made at least seven days in advance.
- Individual class sections must be booked separately and are limited to one session per class section each semester.
- Additional lab time without an instructor may be scheduled on a case-by-case basis
if the lab is available.
- Instruction labs are primarily for library instruction with a librarian and for student
work on research assignments. Other lab requests must be approved.
- Catered food is not permitted in the instruction labs.
- Additional software may not be loaded on instruction lab computers.
Instruction Workshops
- Librarian instruction can be scheduled as part of your lab booking.
- You may also schedule a livestreaming instruction workshop using the livestreaming
instruction category.
- Librarians can cover a variety of topics in these workshops. See our Library Instruction for English Classes guide for information about our library curriculum for ENGH 1005, ENGL 1010, and ENGL 2010.
- Instructors are required to be present during library instruction sessions.
After completing a request using the scheduling grid below, you will receive an email
