The best way to select a provider for a scheduled counseling session is to review the provider's bio, which will include their gender, ethnicity, languages spoken, areas of focus, and a more in-depth bio on their profile. You can find a therapist that fits your needs.
The scheduled counseling sessions reset each year, August 1-July 31. The reset date is August 1st of every year. So, each student will have 6 free visits between August 1 - July 31 each year.
For scheduled counseling visits exceeding 6 sessions, the student fee is $79 per session. The transaction is between the student and TimelyCare.
TimelyCare is safe and secure. The platform is HIPAA-compliant and follows campus-specific protocols to facilitate care.
TimelyCare's counseling providers will be displayed in the order of the earliest appointment time. You should be able to book your first visit within a week, and we would recommend working with your provider to book follow up visits at the end of your sessions while on the call. If you are unable to find a visit time that works, you can call TimelyCare's 24/7 support team at 833-484-6359 or send a message through the "Need Help" button within the platform.
Graduating students will have access to TimelyCare until July 31 each year, and then they will not be able to log into their account. Please be sure to download any needed previous visit information from the Messages tab within the TimelyCare platform. If you need help finding a new resource, please bring that up with your current provider or reach out to TimelyCare's support team at 833-484-6359.
