THE METAMORPHOSIS OF A HIVE: The Exploration of Cultural Change

Boxcar Studios is a collaborative space with the intent of building community through local outreach. With this showing, the Provo-based collective seeks to use their art as a catalyst to inspire critical thinking and explore the inevitability of change in our culture. This thought-provoking show features an eclectic mix of contemporary art using new and innovative techniques and media.

HIDDEN VOICES Orem: Roots to Branches

The HIDDEN VOICES program offers an outlet for expression through art by exhibiting unique sectors of Utah County. With the goal of enlightening the public while building community pride, this year’s show will feature art and artists that in some way connect with the City of Orem.

Art of OUR CENTURY & Spotlight Artist Brad Holland

Art of OUR CENTURY is an annual juried show of new works from the western region of the United States, combining a variety of media, genre and artists. Brad Holland’s career as an artist and illustrator has bridged the gap between the commercial and fine art worlds, and his works have been featured in renowned publications as well as museums worldwide.

A collaboration between the Woodbury Art Museum, Utah Valley University's Melisa Nellesen Autism Center, and the Utah Autism Academy. Artworks include paintings, string art, drawings, sculptures and a large-scale mobile. Attendees will also have the opportunity to experience a sensory gallery where they can learn more about autism through hands-on experiences.
