UVU Celebrates Women's History Month

This month is a time for us to joyfully recognize all of our fierce Wolverine Women, and we invite everyone to join in on the celebration.

During Women’s History Month — including International Women’s Day — Utah Valley University is joining in on the celebration by recognizing the importance and value of the women within our student body, staff, faculty, and community. This month is a time for us to joyfully recognize all of our fierce Wolverine Women, and we invite everyone to join in on the celebration.

This year, we have four female presidents on campus: President Astrid S. Tuminez, UVU president; Danielle Corbett, UVU student body president; Beka Grulich, PACE president; and Anne Arendt, Faculty Senate president. We are delighted with the power each of these women brings to our campus and surrounding communities.

Throughout the month, we have and will commemorate our UVU women and their history through stories and events on and off campus.
