Utah Valley University (UVU), in partnership with the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Herbert Institute for Public Policy, will host The Utah Valley Growth & Prosperity Summit on November 13 in the Sorensen Student Center on UVU’s Orem Campus.
Keynote speakers for this year’s conference include UVU President Astrid S. Tuminez; longtime “RadioWest” host and interviewer Doug Fabrizio; former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker; and Curtis Blair, president and CEO of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce.
The summit convenes hundreds of business, government, and community leaders to address the region’s most pressing challenges and opportunities. Through keynote presentations and panel discussions on topics such as workforce development, transportation and infrastructure, housing, healthcare, water, and education, participants explore strategies to sustain Utah County’s rapid growth while ensuring long-term prosperity. The summit inspires collaboration, innovation, and shared vision, reminding the community that together, Utah Valley will not just grow but thrive.
“Utah Valley’s growth is inevitable, and therefore prosperity must be intentional,” Blair said. “We must be thinking five, 10, 30 years down the road. The Growth & Prosperity Summit brings together the people and ideas that ensure our future thrives with purpose, equipping leaders with the insights and information they need to make informed decisions that strengthen both their businesses and our community.”
