When:

For UVU Employees: July 19
For fall 2021 registered students: July 19
For summer 2021 currently enrolled students: Aug 20

What:

Employees and students will see a fresh look when logging in to Microsoft applications. 

Who:

Employees: Faculty and staff will be asked to update their devices and external email addresses for the new password recovery process. 

Students: Students will receive a new Outlook (emails ending in uvu.edu) email address replacing their Gmail (emails ending in my.uvu.edu) address. Students will also be asked to add an authentication device to protect their accounts from risky logins and set up a new streamlined self-service password recovery process.  

Some students may receive access to the account earlier than others, but all students will have access by the beginning of the fall semester!
