Formerly known as AIS, this team has long been the quiet engine behind many of UVU’s most user‑friendly systems — but their true distinction lies in how they approach their work. Every project begins with a simple question: How can we make this easier, clearer, and more supportive for the people who rely on it? That mindset has transformed countless processes across campus, reducing friction, improving accessibility, and ensuring that technology serves as a bridge rather than a barrier.
