Jacque Millard

Jacque Millard is vice president and chief investment officer for Intermountain Healthcare.  Ms. Millard joined Intermountain in 1993 and is currently responsible for investment portfolio management of assets in excess of $10 billion, oversight of external investment managers, all employee savings and pension investments, as well as cash management for all Intermountain entities.  Prior to joining Intermountain Healthcare, Ms. Millard worked for Workers Compensation Fund and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Utah where she was responsible for treasury and investment management functions.  Ms. Millard has served on a variety of boards, including: Dignity Healthcare Investment Committee, Westminster College Endowment Committee, DMBA Private Equity Sub-Committee, Virginia Piper Foundation Investment Committee, Healthcare Credit Union Board and Asset Liability Committee, and U.S. Bank and Key Bank Advisory Committees.

Ms. Millard holds an MBA from Westminster College and received her B.S. in finance from Weber State University. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds the life time Certified Cash Manager certification.
