Keith Read

Mr. Read joined Cerberus Capital Management in 2006 and is currently the President, Business Finance, and Senior Managing Director.  Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Read was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets from 1995 to 2005, where he was responsible for the distribution of structured finance products including CLOs and CBOs, mezzanine financings, leveraged finance and direct fund raising. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Read was an Executive Vice President at The Argosy Securities Group, a boutique high-yield advisory firm. From 1991 to 1993, he was a Managing Director at Barclays Bank. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a Vice President at Bankers Trust. Mr. Read is a graduate of the University of Utah and received a Master’s Degree from the University of Utah.
