Cohort experience:
WARM students advance as a group with their peers through their junior and senior years (30 students max)
Bachelor’s degree and minor:
Earn a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management at UVU with the chance to simultaneously earn a minor in event management
Flat-rate tuition:
WARM program tuition costs $300 per credit, whether you’re an in-state or out-of-state student.

Immersive Work And Study Model

Graduate With Career-Ready Skills

The WARM program at UVU combines in-person classes at UVU’s Wasatch Campus with paid, real-world experience in Park City’s luxury resort market. Throughout the program, students rotate through meaningful roles across luxury hospitality environments, gaining a broad range of experience before graduation. This rigorous, time-intensive model is designed to mirror the demands of elite hospitality careers, so students graduate with both a degree and a proven work history.

Fall and summer:
Full-time classes and part-time paid resort experience (18+ hours/week)
Spring and holiday break:
Full-time, paid work (35+ hours/week) and part-time coursework
Two-year completion:
Junior-year and senior-year pathways
