Mission Statement

Workforce Alignment leads coordination of workforce readiness efforts across campus to strengthen connections between industry needs and institutional offerings, increase collaboration in workforce endeavors, and integrate workforce-ready best practices into the student experience. 

The Workforce Alignment team portfolio includes Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs, Regional Pathways, articulations, academic programming at satellite campuses, workforce training and industry credentials, non-credit-to-credit pathways, program advisory boards, and workforce development partnerships and grants.
