Academic Programs, Assessment, and Accreditation (APAA) provides comprehensive oversight of all facets of academic programming at Utah Valley University. This includes:

  • Course and program development
  • Academic planning and scheduling
  • Academic assessment and effectiveness
  • Advancement of teaching and learning pedagogies
  • Pursuit and maintenance of specialized accreditation
  • Institutional accreditation leadership

Together, these areas ensure UVU’s academic integrity and support continuous improvement efforts aligned with the university’s mission.
