Executive Events
The Executive Events department’s primary responsibility is to manage and execute executive events (those initiated by the president or the VP of institutional advancement). College, school, and program events, while important, are a secondary responsibility and only involve Executive Events performing a consulting or collaborating service unless otherwise directed by the VP of institutional advancement.
Executive Events Ambassadors
The UVU Executive Event Ambassadors objective is to support the work and vision of Utah Valley University and any Executive Event that is hosted by either the University President or Institutional Advancement related.
The UVU Executive Events Ambassadors (EEA) will establish and maintain a strategically trained group of UVU students with the main goal of providing a Presidential standard to all UVU VIP’s, current and prospective donors, friends, and UVU alumnus. This program will provide an experiential UVU opportunity for these select students and will support UVU's mission of engaged learning at a Presidential standard level.
Mission: The UVU Executive Event Ambassador program aims to support Executive style events hosted on the UVU campus or aboard at a “Presidential standard” level. The Ambassadors will work closely with the Office of the President and VP of Institutional Advancement to provide exceptional service and hosting of all VIP personal or guest of UVU. Executive Event Ambassadors will always strive to be the students faces of UVU and promote our ongoing exceptional UVU story.
