SCHEDULE LOCATION
Scheduling event spaces on campus are managed through the Campus Scheduling Office, online or at 801-863-8612.
Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

All Clubs events are scheduled through the clubs department using the Schedule Request Form.
You can place your order by using the UVU Catering Ordering system to guide you in obtaining necessary information. Read through these step-by-step instructions on placing an order for the best outcome.

Clean up will begin at the indicated end time located on the proposal. If the event goes past the end time, you will be charged $25.00 per hour per caterer.
Unless specifically ordered and contracted as pick-up items, no food or related products may be removed from the service area, except by authorized representatives of University Catering. University Catering cannot provide containers for packaging leftover food--which is prohibited
We recommend placing your catering order at least 7-10 days before your event.
Off-Campus groups should provide an accurate billing address for their event. Invoices with payment information will be emailed to the contact listed on the account. A link to our satisfaction survey is included with your invoice -- your feedback is both appreciated and valuable.

On-Campus departments are billed after their event date to the index code provided.
Co-Sponsored events; UVU departments that are co-sponsoring an outside company or
group should provide catering services with the UVU banner index number for billing.
It is up to the UVU department to collect payment from their outside company or group.

Our ONLINE MENU features a variety of options to complement your event. Contact our catering services department with any questions regarding menu options. Limited menu items are available for guests with dietary considerations such as gluten free, vegetarian, dairy-free, and vegan. It is your responsibility to know the dietary needs of your guests at the time you submit your order. Unexpected meals cannot be prepared at the time of the event.
Please give three weeks' notice for special off-menu requests to be considered.
DISCLAIMER: UVU catering services makes every attempt to train staff and identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for individuals with food allergies; however, there is always a risk of contamination from known and unknown sources. Manufacturers can change ingredients or processes at any time, which may not guarantee an allergen free product. Our food is prepared in a facility that also uses gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, shellfish, sugar, pork and other meats. Our facility is not Kosher or Halal certified.

Please look over the entire proposal and ensure accuracy for serving times, room number, menu choices, guest count, and price. Please let us know if you have any questions concerning any of the items listed on this proposal and contact us with any adjustments.
You will need to confirm your final guest count one week before your event, excluding weekends and campus closure holidays. Due to the Board of Health restrictions and department procedures, no outside food or beverages are permitted, and no food will be allowed to be taken home. No takeout containers are permitted or provided.
You will receive an approval request to approve the proposal. If we don't hear from you, your order will be automatically confirmed, served, and charged accordingly. Likewise, if your event is canceled you are responsible to inform catering services. If you cancel within 5 days of your event you will be charged a $25 cancelation fee and supply costs related to your event that cannot be canceled or repurposed. After we receive your email approval your catering order is complete.
Menu pricing is per serving. Prices do not include applicable sales tax. Gratuities cannot be accepted. All menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
Note: No outside food or beverage may be brought to events.
